Privacy information
This website may receive personal information when you contact us for a transport quotation. That information can include your name, email address, telephone number, travel dates, passenger numbers, collection and destination details, and other information you choose to include in the enquiry.
How enquiry information is used
Information supplied for a quotation may be used to understand the requested journey, communicate about the enquiry, source or coordinate suitable transport, prepare quotation information, and keep appropriate business records. Information should only be shared with service providers where necessary to deal with the requested transport.
Quote form and external services
The quotation form sends the details you enter (name, email, phone number and journey details) to our server, which emails them to our team and records the enquiry in our customer-enquiry system. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and Google Places to suggest addresses as you type; those services process information under Google's own privacy terms. If you contact us by WhatsApp, email or through payment services or other third-party platforms, those providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Retention and rights
Personal information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, booking, legal, accounting or dispute purposes that apply. Where applicable, you may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
